Description: Join us for a FREE Fostering Mental Health in Children & Adolescents Parenting Seminar.

Fostering positive mental health in children and adolescents is a priority for all of us. Even though parents and other adults want children to open up, our children often keep important thoughts and feelings to themselves. When the stress reaches a certain point, that’s when we start to see symptoms.

Tracy Lamperti, licensed mental health counselor, having served the local community for 30 years will be at TCA to offer tools, resources and insight about how to tap into the heart and mind of our young people, before challenges take root and turn into symptoms.
